भू-दृष्टि बिहार (bhudrishti.land) बेगूसराय, बिहार से चलने वाली एक निजी सहायता सेवा है — सरकारी पोर्टल नहीं। यह आम नागरिकों, बिहार से बाहर व विदेश में रहने वाले भू-स्वामियों, कातिबों (Deed Writers), अमीनों और CSC केंद्रों को अपनी ज़मीन के कागज़ समझने, पारिवारिक हिस्सा तय करने और ज़मीन खरीदने से पहले जाँच करने में मदद करती है।

BhuDrishti Bihar is a private help service from Begusarai, Bihar — not a government portal. वंशावली से बंटवारे में हर वारिस का हिस्सा कैसे निकलता है? (How are heirs’ shares worked out?)

वंशावली बनाकर पैतृक भूमि जोड़ें; भू-दृष्टि हिन्दू उत्तराधिकार अधिनियम (2005 संशोधन सहित) के अनुसार हर शाखा और हर जीवित वारिस — पुत्रियों सहित — का हिस्सा निकालकर बताता है कि किसके नाम कितना रकबा दर्ज है और कितना होना चाहिए। Build the family tree and add the ancestral land; shares are worked out under the Hindu Succession Act (as amended in 2005), daughters included.
